1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Critstriks Photography Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Critstriks Photography Studio provides professional photography services including but not limited to studio photography, outdoor photography, themed photoshoots, and product photography. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the rates agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs created by Critstriks Photography Studio are protected by copyright law. The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients are granted a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements.

Critstriks Photography Studio reserves the right to use any photographs for display, publication, or other promotional purposes, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Image Delivery

We strive to deliver final edited images within 2-3 weeks of the photoshoot, depending on the season and current workload. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

7. Image Editing

Basic editing and color correction are included in our services. Extensive retouching or special editing requests may incur additional charges. We maintain creative control over the editing process to ensure our artistic standards.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without a reduction in fee. Clients are also responsible for securing any necessary permits for shooting locations if applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care with all photographic materials, our liability for any loss or failure is limited to a refund of payments made. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
